Six word Saturday...



"A frozen pond, in Texas? Really?"



That is my boy. Sitting on a frozen pond. Down the road from our house. Our house, in Texas! WHAT THA HELL?!

This is like...Ice Age kinda cold!!

haha!! I lived in Abilene for a while, it snowed Christmas Eve (when I was down there) and Dec 25th wound up being 80°F..... no kidding... Crazy weather you guys get down there!! Happy 6WS!

My husband does a bank route to Tyler every day, and the other day I rode it with him. In Texarkana, where his route starts, there was a fountain in front of a bank that was frozen-frozen I tell ya! If we hadn't been in a hurry, I'd have made him stop so I could take a picture. A frozen fountain in the south!! Yikes! I'm here to be away from all that stuff!!

I guess hell can freeze over. I meant that in terms of heat in the summer, not that it's a shitty place to live! ;o)

I grew up in NY so frozen ponds weren't much of an event. But since moving south, it's very exciting! I can't even imagine a frozen pond in Texas.
